REWARDS 
PROGRAM

Our guests are the most important part of our business. To show our appreciation, we created a rewards program with an automatic enrollment. You will begin to earn rewards with every visit. Your rewards can be redeemed for . This is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty!

APPOINTMENTS

Late Arrivals - At Salon Muse your time & preferences are our top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure a consistent and quality service, as well as a courtesy to other guests who come after you. Please note late arrivals may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.

CANCELLATION 
POLICY

We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or “no-show” your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the anticipated service amount listed at the stylist level. Ongoing no shows may be required to have a credit card on file and be subject to a service deposit to reserve future reservations. Some specialty services may require a deposit to reserve the time slots. We kindly ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice for all specialty services. Late cancellations and “no shows” for specialty services will be charged 100% of the full service price to the credit card on file.

CLOTHING 
PROTECTION

Wearing your favorite shirt or dress? - Make sure to hang it up. We will provide and highly encourage the use of a color robe with every color service. We understand even with a robe, there is always a risk of color traveling. So please protect your items and keep them on the hanger. Salon Muse will not be held liable for damaged clothing and accessories.

SERVICE 
GUARANTEE

We will gladly adjust any service you receive within one week of the original visit. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your service. No refunds or credits for service will be given but our stylist will ensure you are 100% satisfied with your result.

PRODUCT 
RETURNS

Haircare products unused or slightly used can be returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt for a credit refund, exchange or store credit. Any Makeup, makeup brushes, hairbrushes and tools may not be returned.

Boutique Merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt and store tags attached may be returned for a credit refund, exchange or store credit.

Merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase date without an original receipt but with store tags attached may be returned for a full exchange or store credit.

Jewelry can be exchanged within 5 days of the original purchase.

All Markdown items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT CARD

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Card must be present for redemption

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in any service, packages, or gift cards. As always gratuities are discretionary and always appreciated. If you choose to leave cash for gratuities, we provide envelopes. While we do not offer cash back you do have the option to leave gratuities through our tipping partner "Tippy".

EXTENSIONS

Extensions are perfect for those looking for extra length, volume, dimensional color, and unique styling. Please call to schedule your extension consultation to determine pricing. A $25 fee will be charged at the time of the consult for time and will be applied to your hair purchase. Because extensions are individually picked, we will not offer any quotes over the phone or email.
